Kate Bowe PR are the only company in Ireland who have worked in all stages of film publicity, from the actual making of the movie right through until its release on DVD, and have managed some of the most successful film releases in Ireland. The film division is split up into five categories:

Film Release Publicity:Working with the major studios and many independent distributors, the highly experienced film division at Kate Bowe PR have developed publicity campaigns for many titles including Breakfast on Pluto, The Wind that Shakes the Barley, Brokeback Mountain, Hairspray, Lord of War, The Ballad of Jack and Rose and Transamerica to name but a few.

Home Entertainment:Kate Bowe PR, through their creativity and knowledge of both national and regional media, are currently looking after selected titles from Warner Home Video including the DVD release of Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix . The team have also handled the publicity for Paramount Home Entertainment. This involved promoting the DVD and VHS versions of their new releases, kids and extensive back catalogue of titles including The Italian Job, Rugrats and the Indiana Jones boxset.

Film Festival Publicity:The company has successfully managed the publicity for a number of film festivals including the Dublin Film Festival, Celtic Film and Television Festival, Irish Film Boards 10th Anniversary Showcase 2003, Tartan Asia Extreme 2004, and China in Focus 2004.

Unit Publicity:Kate Bowe PR has worked with a number of film and television projects both at home and abroad including King Arthur, Veronica Guerin, Casanova and recently was on location with Becoming Jane, The Frontline, Boy Eats Girl, Isolation, Studs and Springbreak in Bosnia starring Richard Gere and Terence Howard. The company also worked for 5 years with the hugely successful Ballykissangel.

Corporate Publicity:The company manages corporate PR for film related companies such as The Dublin Cinema Group including the 75th Anniversary celebrations for the Savoy Cinema on O'Connell Street. The company also looked after the launch and re-launch of many Omniplex Cinemas around the country including Munster's largest cinema at the Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork. In 2004 Kate Bowe PR worked with UGC Cinemas on the successful re-launch of the new state of the art 17 screen Cinema in Parnell Street and the publicity for the websites Movie Extras and Castings Worldwide. Kate Bowe PR also handled publicity for the 2004 and 2005 Irish Film and Television Awards.
